That 'bird cage dress'..... This is probably the craziest dress she ever wore for the Kohaku. She usually always wear a safe and elegant pieces, not this Gaga-ish or KPerr-ish thingy....okay maybe Gaga-ish only.

Birdcage dress is probably on the same level as the Little Bo Peep dress, imo.

I loved the bird cage dress and kind of wish she wore that the entire time and just stuck to singing one song. I was blown away by 2011's Progress performance but this one didn't do the same for me. Except I wondered how she did the costume changes so damn fast. Lol.

same, tho it wasn't bad, but i loved what she did with progress.
from fist glance the costumes looked quite complicated, but i am sure the designer made them so she could change quickly.

i wached her moments performance from Kouhaku and i was wondering why didn't he just stuck to that gorgeous dress for the entire thing instead of dancers tearing it off at the third part of the song...

her performances at that event are all quite amazing. I think i loved the idea they did with progress the most even tho she looked quite tired.
