Barks English - Koda Kumi’s fourth solo Taiwan show. Her third consecutive year. “Anata Dake ga” sing-along

Koda Kumi just finished her first Japan tour in two years the other day. She also just played her fourth solo Taiwan show, which she has played for 3 consecutive years.

Koda’s flight into Taiwan was changed due to a typhoon on the day before the concert. Many fans still gathered at the airport to greet her.

Koda raised the energy of the crowd when she came out to “POP DIVA”. Her 25-song setlist was different from that of her Japan tour and included “Ai no Uta”, “WALK OF MY LIFE”, and “Poppin’ love cocktail, feat. TEEDA”, which are popular in Taiwan.

Koda brought an audience member onto stage as she usually does. The lucky audience member requested that Koda sing “Ai wo Tomenaide”.

When she finished her set, instead of an “encore” chant, the crowd sang “Anata Dake ga”. Koda obliged and wowed the crowd with an encore.

“My first Taiwan show in a year. I was happy that you all said, “Welcome back!” Koda Kumi is approaching her 15th year already. It’s been a short 15 years when I look back on it. This is my fourth Taiwan show. This year I made an album and went on a tour with the theme of “WALK OF MY LIFE”. You only live once. You may struggle with things, and people may oppose you. However, it’s not about what people think, it’s about how you live. If you think it’s right, then you should go for it. I want to walk with you and my music. Your smiles give me courage. Thank you so much for today!” – Koda Kumi

Koda will play at Singapore’s *SCAPE The Ground Theatre on July 18. She will release “SUMMER of LOVE” on July 22 and play “a-nation island ~Koda Kumi 15th Anniversary Premium Live~” at Kokuritsu Yoyogi First Gymnasium on August 2.

I've followed Recochoku.jp chart and i see ExTape has disappointed rank as well, i remember Hotel got better for first week. Once again she has no hit song by new release. I'm worried about "Summer of Love" 'sale even if it's full of her hit summer single.

I support Kuu for almost 10 years and my dream of seeing her live in person is going to be a reality tomorrow
