Albums you don't feel as familiar with
So I've listened to all of Ayumi's albums but there are a few that I feel I just don't know as well as the others. I'm extremely familiar with GUILTY and RnRC and A Song for XX. But I realized while I was looking through her discography that I don't remember much of anything from the album Duty. It's not that I didn't like it, it's just that I listened to it like...once and never listened to it again. So I'm not sure how the songs sound and I'm not even sure what the songs are to be honest!
I also feel unfamiliar with LOVEppears. That was probably because I remember really not liking that album, so I also pretty much listened to it once and never again after that. So I plan on going back and relistening to those albums so I can remember what the songs are and see if I my opinion about them have changed. Maybe for me Duty was just forgettable and LOVEppears was just...not my favorite haha. But we'll see! So...are there any albums that you just...forgot about or seem to be just unfamiliar with?

I used to be unfamiliar with A Song For XX. But when I started listening to it, it became like a part of me. Songs were heartwrenching and about hurt and being afraid, wondering about how to "become an adult". Those thoughts were identical to mine when I was around 16/17.

Well in the past year, little by little I got through all of ayus disco. And now I'm too familiar with all her albums. I used to not know ASFXX well but now I do and I realized how much I love some tracks on there.
So well. I guess I know them well. Can tell u what song goes where Remix albums. That's a different story

I listened to all her albums but I feel the most unfamiliar with MY STORY and RAINBOW. Except for a few good songs, I didn't really like that album.

Hmm I'm the same with a few of the albums; I'm not entirely familiar with all the tracks.
A Song For XX LOVEppears and maybe the same could be said about RAINBOW; there are a few really incredible songs on there, some songs that are my all time favourites, but then there are some others that are on there that if played to me and if I'm asked what song it is or what album its from then I might not know (well I'd have a 1 in 3 chances of being right since I know all the other songs on the other albums).

Mmmm AsfXX, LOVEppears, I am.. and RAINBOW... But as a whole... because there are some song on these that are not unfamiliar to me at all xDD

Hm.. Secret, NEXT LEVEL and R'n'R Circus, simply because I didn't really like these albums and just never got familiar with them, I do know what songs are on what album, I just don't care about the songs...

since i've been following her since 1999, i'm mainly familiar with her 5 first album + mini album. They are my favorites..
I'm not familiar with My Story, Secret & NL. Well i love some songs but not the entire album. I still need time with R'nRC

i'll have to say A Song for XX & RAINBOW. i've listened to all her albums, but i'm just unfamiliar with those albums because i wasn't around to listen to the singles and see promotion during those eras. i got into Ayu during A BALLADS/& time and have been following since then! i also think those 2 are the weakest albums prior to that time i got to know her, since i'm familiar with all the other ones.
that said, those 2 albums aren't my least favorite in her discography. my least favorite is GUILTY, but i'm familiar with all the songs.

Although I'm still thinking that's an awesome album, I'm unfamiliar with (miss)understood. I don't know why but I don't remember most of the songs in it, especially non-single songs :|
