I have a question and I apologize if it's off topic, has ABC performed on TV lives? I always just see them performing on concerts and at news showbiz media...
They're labeled under avex, so what's the issue here?

I don't remember him performing on TV as ABC. I have some very old Janne Da Arc TV performances lying around somewhere but no ABC. Maybe he just doesn't want to. I don't even think yasu ever expected his solo project to be so successful in the end and I think he is not very eager to attract new fans through performing on TV since things are going very well.
