Oh come on, you put on lor at the end of half your sentences. And you complain about CELGA, what about all the people who have to read those annoying sentences.

Well, the first package, I think, comes with a lot of stuff. She's probably calculating the quickest method of shipping, too, and that's going to be expensive. Plus, she's probably also charging a fee (because I know I wouldn't do something like that for someone without asking for a bit of money). And the price to join is 4000yen or 6000yen. (I think the more expensive one comes with more goodies, if I remember correctly.)

I think it's always like this when you purchase things through a middleman . Obviously they expect a fee coming from you .

Nothing in this world is free I suppose

okay i got some info from chikako for just ayu merchandise... a rough summary is she wants 20% of the price of your goods, then another 5% for 'consumer tax' so that's 25%.

then there's 2% on top of everything.

I think JAA is cheaper by about 8-10%? doesn't matter too much unless it's a big order like 100-200 USD, then the difference is more profound i guess.

SolarAngel 2nd May 2008 07:07 AM

I'm not sure about other countries but in Singapore, there are shops in cineleisure that sells these stuff at marked-up prices. Is it cheaper than getting a middleman?

I know of that & heard it's not really reliable .

Basically you pay 1st & then in some cases they don't even have the goods in the 1st place !

SolarAngel 2nd May 2008 09:17 AM

They display the goods and quote u a price if u ask. I saw ayupans and tour pamphlets before but there's no price tags on them. I wonder if they will bring in guilty tour goods.

not to spill cold water on you, but that store mise e*clusive is the worst....

my friend used to work there and they always delay in giving his pay, at least 2 months late.
As for their service, let's use Secret Tour goodies as a example, a staff from AYUNITE forum ordered from them and did not get his items. mise never place the order, the owner is those heck care type. She order for you when she feel like it and she never did.
Then the price are so expensive, the (m)u tour towel cost SGD$85+, handphone strap SGD$50+, while wristband SGD$55+....and so on....

You saw those pamplets? the price can go from SGD$70 to SGD$100+, when the original price is just SGD$55 only.

Never buy from them, unless they are clearing the stock, that's how i got my AYUPAN figuries there cheap(SGD$5)

It will be cheaper to get the tour goodies from ebay.

ouch. seems celga is not the worst in customer service xDD

lol yeah

LacusClyne 2nd May 2008 12:19 PM

^there aren't complaints because their customers are youngsters who can't be bother to complaint.

Not to mention that 99% of their customers are Johnny's or Jrock fans who are willing to fork out the money for the stuff. mise always order those stuff for them or even have in store stocks.

I witness with my own eyes, a malay girl around 14 years old buying so many Shou(from Alice Nine) pictures. It was one huge stack and costs at least SGD$300, priced at SGD$1.50 each. She paid in cash.....scary~~~

As for people ordering Ayu's goodies could just be less then 5 people, that's why they can't be bothered.

wow that's crazy regarding the 14 malay girl O_O & she's only 14 for god's sake

I wouldn't spend that kinda $ on a single item on any artiste that I like , it's just pushing the buttons

LacusClyne 2nd May 2008 12:34 PM

well that's the kind of customers mise gets, a lot of them are willing to spurge on their artist. They are mostly secordary/poly/jc students

Deneb 2nd May 2008 12:39 PM

$300sgd? they are not THAT rich are they as a 14years old well, it took me 2months + to get 250aud from my parents as pocket money xD:thud?

and them as a shop, should take more responsibility =S

che0173 2nd May 2008 01:06 PM

JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CESCRENT SHOP...
that items from mu-mo have started arriving
orders ordered on 6th April arrived today
7th april next monday coz 2mrws weekend
hahas sooo happy
mine will arrive on monday <3

bondingo 2nd May 2008 01:07 PM

I don't think they should have sounded so angry in their email back to you, but you were being very difficult at some parts. If they told you to wait then sending them emails repeatedly isn't really going to get you anywhere.
