Yeah, I try and only make one shipping order a month, since EMS can be pretty expensive. I'm so excited when I get my parcels, its better than Christmas! Since at Christmas I don't get much Ayu goodies... XD

che0173 5th May 2008 10:34 PM

^ ummm
thats really smart!
but for some reason
ems was around 20 bucks cheaper than Airmail and 50 cents cheaper than SAL from japan for this package =(

any advice on wad i should do nexT? :cry looked back on my gmail, its been 13 days since i sent them my last email. I really don't want to just sit and wait aimlessly... he did state the first batch of goods will be arriving End April isn't it? should i email him again to ask abt them?

I went to CELGA's website again. And they actually have a picture of the rude person, that Keigo.. and he's the founder.. omg... How can people doing business be so unprofessional... how how how?

Echidna 8th May 2008 09:19 AM

hmm, I order AT 2007 Tour Book about 2 weeks ago, I asked them yesterday and they replied that didn't get my item from mu-mo :)
mu-mo is really slow, I read on site that they (mu-mo) delivered in 4 weeks, so I waiting :)

me0wie , be patient :) I had deal with them last summer and everything was OK, so I don't worry :)

I don't know but I think you should wait . Since you have emailed them I supposed the best thing's to wait . I'm sure you're not the only customer that CELGA is dealing with so try to cut some slack over it even though it's easier said than done .

Maybe next time you should switch to another middleman website since you have such bad experiences with CELGA

me0wie 8th May 2008 10:57 AM

it's just that i feel a bit... ignored here... no updates, no email no nothing. doesn't help that i read that CRESCENT shop has already received the goods...

oh, and i just realized that it was Keigo who mis-read my email in the beginning and ordered the goods without quoting me the price... there is really some communication break-down isn't it? if he can't understand english properly... then he shouldn't be replying emails... All the other nicer emails are either from Hyla, Emily or Ashly.

urgh... can't i send my email to them and not have Keigo reply it?

yeah.. i'm definately switching to another middleman website after this...

so i should just wait and not email them?

che0173 8th May 2008 11:01 AM

no, but if you think about it
who cares if Crescent Shop has received it or not
we ordered ours like...really early, 1 day after it was released xD
unless you ordered like...less than 3 days after it was released...then Celga might have it =S
like..ummm
it goes like = first order first receives
something like that
hahas
you get wat i mean?

I guess your best suggestion's to wait . If by next week you haven't received any reply from them , then email them in a polite manner . Well I mean try to .

AH! that should explain things. Most of the emails that i got are from hyla or Emily. but there was once when i helped my sister to place a order, one of them(it should be Keigo) just went ahead and bought it too....

Keigo really shouldn't be replying mails....
Think whenever we send a email, whether can we request like this 'P.S i do not want Keigo to reply me'

che0173 8th May 2008 12:44 PM

^ lols really?
does Keigo just go ahead and buy it wen you send an email to quote!?
that is really really really VERY BAD customer service... =(

Suteisi 8th May 2008 02:22 PM

@che: I'm sorry to say this, but you're spamming. She already said twice that YES that Keigo dude ordered before they ever got a quote. If you don't have anything to add to the topic, don't post.

@meowie: I agree with karenpang, you should wait. The orders from mu-mo are being processed and shipped in order that they were received. All the ones that were ordered the weekend of the release (april 4, 5, 6, 7) have been received this week. I ordered mine on the 8th and received it Tuesday. So if you ordered later than that, it will take some time to arrive. Mu-mo is slow, and it's not because of Celga. Count at least 4 weeks from the date Celga placed your order and then if you haven't received them, you should send them an e-mail :3

:yes

I don't think CELGA is to blame because they only act as the middleman between mu-mo & you .

If the goods are taking its own time to arrive at CELGA , then mu-mo's to blame for sending the goods at such a snail pace .

Besides I don't think CELGA's inefficient . I mean I don't use CELGA but I'm just assuming . Also , you have to bear in mind that CELGA deals with many customers & not just a solo customer .

That's kinda of funny.. in some sense... haha... i was actually thinking of how i can contact them without going thru keigo also...

anyway.. i emailed them 1 day after the goods were released and keigo replied saying they have already purchased the things.. so ya... i guess u could say i ordered them 1 day after the goods were released...

Neffiline: u ordered the goods on the 8th thru celga and already received them??? i heard celga doesn't update customers on the status of the goods... but no news till now.. that's really bad...

LacusClyne 9th May 2008 01:42 PM

^actually Neffiline order from Cresent Shop

Suteisi 9th May 2008 02:09 PM

That's right, I ordered from Crescent Shop. And they have a log in member page where you can see if the things you bought or ordered arrived to their office in Japan.

the same thing happens for me .

I'm using Japan Auction Agency & they also have something like what Neffiline has described .

It should have anyway or else how am you gonna track your item from the start to the end when CELGA shipped it out ?

che0173 9th May 2008 03:01 PM

no I have not experienced that problem before cos for me , I have been ordering things from Yahoo Japan Auctions

if you need help , email JAA but they're currently doing system maintenance for the member's login page from today 7pm to Sun 9pm Japan time so they wouldn't be able to answer any enquires til Mon .

I'm just curious to know , how much does CELGA & Crescent Shop charges for commissions ?

Suteisi 9th May 2008 03:15 PM

Crescent Shop has different commission charges for when you win through YAJ and order from a website(like mu-mo).

I only remember that it's 500yen commission fee for YAJ won auctions under 4,000yen. But the 500yen is for EACH item. And of course, it gets higher as the price of the auction won goes up, but I don't remember by heart.
