Maroka "Maro" ...Uchiyama?
 

It's in AT2009 booklet where all dancers are listed. Is it just a mistake or he got married and took his wife surname? His surname should be Nomura .___.

Huh. That's weird. I have read somewhere that he was married though, then again reading his blogs and such, there was never any indication that he lived with anyone. Mostly sounds like a single guy who hangs out with his friends alot :shrug

That'd be too big of a typo though, so maybe? How common is it for husbands to take up their wife's surname anyway?

I never knew men could take the woman's surname. Unless he married a man and took his surname? Don't know if Maro goes that way though.

Okay, I just went to his blog and I realised there's the kanji for Uchiyama in his blog name, hmm, I never noticed this before.

Well if it's on his blog it must mean it's not a mistake in the booklet, right?

How odd; I wasn't under the impression he was married, then again I have nothing really to base it off.

As for taking the wife's surname; it's not that it's not possible, it's just that it's rare to do so.

The one mistake I remembered in the OS press of *something* They misspelled Shuya's name as Sha-yu XD

Romanization of names gets messed up in official ayu materials all the time... She has one graphic designer whose name is listed as either "hidetomo" or "tomohide" depending on the release, and I've seen credit given to a photographer named "Shimomura Kazuki" which... is a really big coincidence if it's not Shimomura Kazuyoshi that they meant (although Shinichiro Watanabe and Shinichi Watanabe ARE two completely different anime directors, so it's certainly possible :P)... there's also ayu's video director, Hideaki/Hideo Sunaga.

Kazuyoshi might've been known as Kazuki in 2005. The same sort of goes for Hideaki as well. He could've been going under Hideo for a while before switching it up.

ND CHOW during STADIUM TOUR 2002 was "Andy Chow" working with Leslie Kee.

It's only somewhat related, but 'Utsumizm' is now now longer Kiyoshi Utsumi's nickname.

Isn't Maro gay ? ... becasue when you look at the Lady Dynamite PV, all the dancers seem to have really really fun XD especially Maro and Subaru...

Guys, Maro's name is Uchiyama Maroka.
His blog even states "Uchiyama Maroka" as the headline.
If he changed it, or Nomura is a stage name, I don't know,
But if you google search his kanji name, you can see that it's been in use for a long long time,
A dancer named "Maroka Uchiyama"

i remember Memorial address had a similar case right? We got an extra booklet telling us the error and the cover of the booklet featured a picture that everybody said was gorgeous and shld have been featured in the original booklet.

I knew that A BEST II-white- had this sort of issue, but i didn't know that MA had it too O_o
