So is Miliyah worth paying attention to? I know I've heard Sayonara Baby but I've forgotten about her and didn't if she has equally or better songs.

If you liked SAYONARA Baby, then you will most likely like everything she's been releasing since this single. Especially BYE BYE, SENSATION and WHY/Destiny. I think you should try out her new album HEAVEN when it'll be out (soon soon! ~~)

That is my plan: waiting for HEAVEN to come out.

Her past few albums have been really enjoyable: RING is one of my favorites. I doubt you'll enjoy her debut album - Diamond Princess + RING are probably her best in terms of general appeal

What's with all the hate for Rose? o.O

The singles were all very strong songs and there are some very good 90's style pop songs on there. I agree it might not be as modern and hip as her other albums, but I don't see why everyone's so quick to write it off D :

EDIT: 'Endless Love' and 'I miss you' are nice, but sadly the other 2 sound too generic to me. And I'm sick of her 'I love you, I want to see you' lyrics, they're starting to get whiny XD;

I heard the leaks and I like "Endless Love" and "I miss you" the most. I hope other 8 new songs will be even better.

Sadly the new songs aren't getting me as much as RINGs last year.:(
I like Baby "I See You feat. VERBAL (m-flo)" and "I miss you" best so far. "I miss you" has a great melody!

The new covers... are so much worse then the Ring ones. I actually liked those.

I'm not going to listen until I can hear the first album, but I'm really scared it'll sound just like RING, more of the same, but then not as good. I'm hoping she'll have a few surprises on there, like a more soul-inspired ballad or a dance song with a strong beat. I want to be surprised!

So I'm kind of new to Miliyah's music, but I have her BYE BYE, Last Love and WHY single downloaded and I really like most of the songs on those singles, especially BYE BYE and Last Love. BYE BYE is my favorite song from her so far. I still need to listen to RING. Anyway! I watched the XOXO PV too and it's so weird lol, I didn't really like it but she looked like she was having fun and I absolutely love the song!

I have a question, does Miliyah write lyrics to all of her songs or just some?
