MY STORY CD+DVD Ltd. Edition via HMV HK

Has anybody ever ordered this edition from HMV Hong Kong? Basically, I want to know if this includes the photobook.

They're probably thinking of MY STORY BOOK from AT05.

There was never a photobook that came with MY STORY, but there are alternate covers... and I think they're still available? Not 100% sure though.
