HAPPY BOXes are like lucky draw goodie bags. Each box is unique and can contain anything ayu-related. These include tour merchandise, past lucky draw prizes, posters etc. Basically, a clearing of mu-mo storehouses. It's a good chance for anyone to get ayu goodies for cheap. ;)

Edit: Also, would love to see what these will look like. It would be kinda cool if the boxes had the A logo or some really nice engraving on them.
