I've always wondered this and can't seem to figure out the answer. Randomly I'll be going about my business and I'll see posts like this. That obviously means someone posted something on the forum without having to log in. How do they go about doing that? Does this also mean that anyone can post and not have to have an account?

I always thought that those were by people who deleted their accounts. :/

The accounts get deleted, so they just read guest, but their posts never get deleted.

And no, you HAVE to log in to post...thank god. I can't even imagine the carnage that would ensue if people weren't required to log in :laugh

Oh god...we'd get a troll raid from Last.fm for sure, among others. It gets bad enough around here sometimes when people register to troll imo. Though the mods trash that stuff pretty quickly...
