The last time she mentioned the hiatus she made it seem as though it would only last for the duration of 2011, not the original 2-5 years. xD Assuming she'll resume activities in 2012, we're already 1/24 of the way through the hiatus! :D

Just trying to remain optimistic! Utada's the only J-Pop artist I care about anymore, so I'm really gonna miss her. :(

Utada's never going to come back. lol She's such a lazy person. Even if she does she'll create an album like 1 every 5 years like she already does.

Um she already stated that she IS coming back for sure. Plus the new global contract doesn't hurt either....I don't think she would sign a contract and just turn her back on EMI. She's not that spiteful.

^But she also said she's not sure that she'd really do anything. "Yeah u guyz... I am coming back, but I can't really promise anything, maybe a single here and there, but nothing too intense. I'm not really sure what I'd be doing if anything at all. kthxbye see in you a few yearzz. Have fun."

She has to do something....legally. We don't have to worry about that. What we do have to worry about regarding her laziness is whether that something will be something crappy or.....:rolleyes
