So, here's the deal, a while ago I searched youtube for Ayu's Dearest and came across this video:


Am I crazy or what? that's not Ayu's voice, it's a damn good cover or something but it ain't Ayu... right? :/

I don't really know why they insist that it is Ayu, but it is most DEFINITELY a cover version.

It's kinda weird that they think 'remastering' a song is going to change her vocals though.

it sounds weird overall, even the instrumental sounds kinda odd... and definitelly that does not sound like Ayu..tho a very nce voice...or maybe someone altered it so it could get through the avex hands lol

It's probably because the girl who sang this cover has a similar voice. At least to me it is. I think I've heard this girl singing other songs too before because it sounded so familiar. o.O
