Google translate is a bit shoddy but the 2nd one is fairly positive from what I was able to read.
The 1st review also liked the album as well.

I always miss reading professional reviews to her releases... and more important, japanese reviews^^

party queen is ayumi hamazaki's 13th album. ayumi haamzaki is japanese pop star who sold 38 million cds in japanese. party queen is a good album. first song was very dancy and good. "how beautfil you are" is the last track and sorrowful song. i think party queen was good. i rate it 5 / 5

i was hoping for both positive and negative review~~example they review each song and give us their opinion and give the good and bad thing about the song ;)...i'm hoping too much from a reviewer~~LOL!

"how beautiful you are" is not sorrowful at all. Read the lyrics.

While they gave it a good rating, it's like they have no idea what they're talking about.
