stylist or creator od part of me kimono

Hi
i'm preparing a degree thesis on kimono and i wanted to ask u if does someone of you know about the creator or stylist that had realised the pink kimono, worn by ayu in part of me pv.
i'm curious about this costume and i wanted to analyse it in colors, design and meanings.

I think it was her former costume designer, Akira Noda who designed it.
