Because it's what musician/producers/label/etc use to distribute audio and stuff like this for remixes to fans.

After taking a listen to the two files, I don't understand why she would release out the "vocal only" and "add cho" of You & Me... For me, as a general music listener, it seems useless; it might be more ideal for those remixers such as DJ Amaya or some sort...

It's accompanied on her Facebook with a message inviting remixers to have at it... the vocal track was indeed released with THEM in mind, not general listeners.

Okay, now I see... I'm sure DJ Amaya is going to take advantage of this...
