Fan Uchiwa
 

Hey guys,

in ayu's ASIA Tour 2007 I saw many fans with a Uchiwa wich look very selfmade. But I saw them everywhere. Can I buy them?

I mean the Uchiwa with 'ayu' or あゆ on it.

Everyone know something about them?

Most people make them at home, I think? They just get letters/hiragana and cut them out... then decorate with sparklies and neon-colored paper. Some also have foam characters glued onto a black background.

I think they may use a 'plain' uchiwa as a base for most of them.

Well, they all probably buy their materials from similar places, I suppose? The decorating is also pretty standard. Pink/yellow neon with black and some garland-y sparkle around the sides. They're also SUPER HUGE.

yeah...that's why I though their all bought haha

so I can make a selfmade uchiwa...that's great =) Now I need a huge Uchiwa lol

or maybe they bought from the same seller >.<

Those are all official concert uchiwa.

It's possible that someone who makes them normally is selling them for anyone who is kinda lazy, but I've seen way too many variations to think that they're all from the same person, haha. I think all the tezukuri/handmade ones are from the same person from what I see there anyway...

They do tend to have the sameish materials though and I think it's a lot cheaper to do it yourself. "LOVE" / AYU / あゆ are usually always on them.

They seem to go to Tokyu Hands. Tokyu Hands sells all the supplies you need and you make it at the department store!
