this is not the first time they make a list like this, last time Ayu was on the list as well, almost on the same position iirc (and last time she was above Beyonce as well). No idea if any of those lists are true, its sure weird to see Cher Lloyd in #6...

Tbh, I wouldn't really pay attention to this list, it looks shady that they managed to confuse a singer that's been around since the 60's with one that debuted less than three years ago...
