Started a new thread since the last one was over 500 posts. Finally made it through their first thread!

SO I purchased the new album last Monday from iTunes and I'm loving it!!! There are so many great tracks! There are one or two that I find to be... strange and kinda trying too hard. But I loooooove "Dracula" in particular. Their whole gothic promo pictures make so much more sense now!

Dracula, Butterfly, BBB, Red Light, Paper Heart, MILK are my favs :D

I think this is my favourite comeback !!!
I really like Red Light since the first time.

I love their new album!! I've been listening to it so many times since its release! I can't decide for a favourite song, but I can say that there is not a single song that I dislike.

After that video, I might just have to check out the album. I kind of like this artsy yet powerful imagery.

I'm feeling bad, many fans are saying Sulli is leaving f(x) O_O. Honestly I don't believe SM, they must be hiding something. And why do they stop their activities after 3 weeks only ?

Yeah..I was going to post the same article..too bad because this album is really good.

I'm really worried about her. For SM to take such a strong action as to give her an hiatus and suddenly stop the promotions when they were winning in every show, Sulli might be in severe depression :(

I just hope they give her the necessary attention so she can recover without problems...

Apparently there was some "scandal" with some douchey singer guy (I don't know his name and I don't care about him enough to look it up lol) she was secretly dating who's like 15 years older than her or something? He lost his wallet and apparently there were pictures of Sulli in his wallet... I've still yet to find out if they were provocative pictures, or if the reason people have their panties in a wad is because of their age difference...?

Anyways, apparently this douchey guy is going on all of the talk shows and keeps bringing up the wallet thing as a joke so he's keeping it in the spot light, which obviously is having a bad effect on Sulli, so yeah.

I can't help but feel like she won't be returning. :/

This really pisses me off because it's like WTH that guy just needs to keep his mouth shut and retract whatever statements he's made but not my Sulli. Not to mention the tons of netizens that want to throw in their opinions on how Sulli isn't a good performer at all, I won't defend her by saying she's the best cause that's definitely not the case but she brings an essence to the stage I admire, she has that aegyo most idols are "required" to have not to mention at least she tries to dance and sing and she does fairly well at it, but without Sulli i don't see f(x) being what they are today. Besides look at the girl can we say model status she's gorgeous, I just hope she's doing well. It really irritates me how some people can't just sit there and enjoy what's being offered which is music and performance, no need to invade on her personal life it's really no ones business but hers anyways whether she's an idol or not.

I can't see them just letting Sulli drop out from the group considering Kris basically had to find another company to endorse him, run away and then sue the company to get out of EXO lol.

It's just the kpop fandom overreacting and stirring up 900x more shit than is necessary as usual.

First of all, I don't really get why you guys are so irritated by Choiza's having a picture of Sulli and (allegedly) talking about it on shows.

It's not his fault and he shouldn't be blamed. The korean society is the big problem here.

If, let's say, a picture of Katy Perry was found in the wallet of Big Sean, no one would be giving a damn here in the west. But in Korea everybody makes a fuss about everything.

I'm assuming that Sulli already knew how the industry works there before getting into f(x), so she should be more prepared for those things.

Treating Sulli like a poor victim and naive girl is just not right.

Sulli started on the industry when she was just a kid, even though every idol should be ready for the haters, she's still a human being, and growing up in the middle of hate is bad for anyone's mentality. Plus, she's the f(x) member who receives the most hate, because, as haters say, she "can't dance", "can't sing", "has no talent", "is the most useless in the group", etc. Every.single.f(x)'s.performance.video has comments saying she's no good. But up until this year she had stand it without complaining. But this year... this WHOLE year the hate on her just went to the roof because of her relationship with Choiza, since the first rumors came up months ago. Yes, it's just a relationship, it should not be a big deal, and, yes, in the west no one would care, but this is Korea we are talking about, and there people do care, they care A LOT, and she has been receiving TONS of really really hateful comments and all kinds of bad rumors the whole year, and Choiza still talking about it just makes the subject still fresh, and more hateful comments keep coming towards her. It's like he doesn't care for the situation his girlfriend is on, because she's actually receiving way more hate than he is about all this.
As much as idols should be prepared for the haters, Sulli is still young, and growing up hearing so much hate must be really hard to just ignore, and the hate directed towards her this year is just crazy, not everyone can be insensitive about those stuff, it's not that easy.

I know, and I pity her, te only thing I didn't like was the way people in the thread were talking about Choiza.

To be honest, I really think she should quit, because she shouldn't have to deal with stuff like that. Korean entertainment is really terrible. IU and BoA used to get REALLY harsh criticism in the past, but nowadays they are accepted, so go figure...

Like I said, chances are she CAN'T just quit SM, lol. If her contract is expiring soon, she could choose not to renew it, but if that's not the case then she's stuck in f(x) and there's little to no chance they'll simply let her drop out. Unless, of course, they've had a change of heart in light of the recent shitstorm they got themselves into with EXO's Kris or they simply don't care as much because f(x) is exponentially less popular than EXO.

But, again, this is SM, the most notorious slave company in SK, so chances are slim.

I think Sulli doesn't want to be a singer or whatever, since the Rum Pum Pum PUm days it's been pretty evident that her in her live performances she was lazy and inactive - too many fans noticed it at the time and that's why even know they think she simply wants to leave as she hasn't properly been doing her stage work

To be honest, that was my first thought but I don't see in which way it's mean to think that.

I had to weeks to listen to the album and Dracula has become my favourite track, however, I think this song would be more awesome with different lyrics.

These girls seem to have interesting lyrics. I mean, look at the Red Light ones (love this part : "Open your eyes wide/ Stop the collision from happening"). Reminds me a lot of talkin 2 myself from ayu. Even the pv is very artistic and dark. And the girls' look is impecable.
I must confess that f(x) was the band that attracted me towards the kpop groups scene.
