Which Version of the A single is this?
 

According to this page, there are two different gold editions. I cannot tell for the life of me which one I have. I'm going to try to collect all the colors, but don't want to buy another gold of the same type.

The version pictured is Version 2.
Version 1 is the gold plated, actual gold.

I believe the website reversed the pictures?

I suppose that you could tell the difference from the cover as well. The real gold edition should have this cover:



instead of the normal edition cover.

The version you have, Pieces, is actually version 1 and was pressed in celebration of the single reaching 1 million copies sold. Version 2 is the "true" gold one - gold image on the cover, gold on the audio side of the disc - and was pressed in celebration of the single reaching 1.5 million copies sold.
