scan of CDL 2001-2002 dvd cover

If anyone has the dvd/dvd booklet for it, could you pretty please upload an HD scan of the CDL 2001-2002A cover? I've scoured the internet and the largest size i could find is a 434x336 image. The few other images available online are much smaller and very lq and even though the cover is kind of ugly (lol) I still need it to put as the cover art for my audio rip.
