S'up with Rainbow PV?
 

Yo guys! I wanna know something bout RAINBOW PV, What does the other Ayu means?
Why does she hugs her 'n kisses her as if they were a couple??!!!
Dat thing really surprised me, coz I'm tryin' to find the meanin' o' da PV but cant find it! I think that the other Ayu dat cheers her up means dat she's been alone, and she always had to do everything by herself, but u know more than me!!

A possible meaning for the PV is that the other Ayu was her past, with "Ayu" trying to catch her past (the other Ayu), and once she catches up to her, she embraces her past.

I think you're right, because in the end, the PV ends with only the one Ayu--the real Ayu, who kinda laughs at herself at the end, meaning that the OTHER Ayu was not real, somewhat a figment of her imagination.

yep its shown on the translation of the lyric... ayu tries to catch her p[ast... but she couldnt ^^ :D

The PV is talking about the same thing as the cover to A Ballads. Ayumi says that one of her represents her past, and the other represents her present - she is consoling and finally coming to terms with her past.So when you see the two Ayumi's kissing it's actually her present self healing and comforting her past self.

that video was great...although they screwed up some shots with ayu and herself. when she caught up and grabber herself on the shoulder. on the second scene her hand was about 5 inches higher from ther other self which but in a grab position.

But that's the only screwed up thing on the clip.... although i don't see it as a screw up... it means like she couldn't toch herself or "she couldn't reach herself"

this has to be the MOST awesome video where they show the same person twice!

really? i couldn't notice it that much. was it the scene with the 2 white ayus? guess they sure fooled me huh? lol. on the other hand i noticed a few editing things, flickering mostly when the camera pans around the 2 ayu's slowly, revealed through the movement in the background (bear in mind i'm watching a dvd quality of it) but hardly noticeable i guess. i usually look out for these kinda things lol :)

i thought it was put together nicely...oh well
the wicked part of that video was when she rested her head on herself.

yes for the come into my world video you can see when all the kylies are like toching or so close that you could see a shadow... but theres none.!

and hikki's "final distance"

I think they also used a body double for the PV...

With FINAL DISTANCE I don't there were many shots where they showed both Hikki's including the face...if any at all o_o"

oh...there was also a Mariah Carey MV where there's 2 of them and they have a cat fight in the toilet o_o" i don't know what it's called though.

They never showed the "other Hikki's" face... but u can see a reflection of the stand in's face on some scenes, but they weren't that clear though.
