who would u want most to compose for ayu?
 

i really miss ayu composing her songs! she is a great composer and i think its a crime she hasnt composed more! she practically composed all of the i am... album, and then all of a sudden after rainbow, there is a drastic reduction in her composing. um...she co composed hanabi 2, avex theme 04, forgiveness but not much else in the last year or so....

imo she composes better melodies than bounceback or dai, but i wouldnt mind more dai stuff - hes great. and wtf is up with HAL lately...

they used to arrange song with such soul and depth....i hate their poppy arrangements....give me more of an m, unite, evolution sort of arrangement. this sort of arrangement fits ayus voice best...

apart from the above.....hehe my fantasy composers for ayu would be:

shiina ringo
asakura daisuke...lol ayu doing a tmr sort of song...that would be cool

as for arrangment....id love to see what tomita keiichi might do for ayu

his songs are so beautiful

whoever composed SURREAL should compose more for ayu. Tht was even better than any of the CREA compositions imo.

I'm not so impressed with DAI anymore...I'd like Kunio Tago the guy who composes alot of ELT's recent stuff to do some for Ayu, it'd work I think.

DAI has lost all of his shine. Look what he's doing to Do As Infinity :shrug Just re-re-re-re-recycling their songs. I was ashamed to play Gates of Heaven for the FIRST time to a friend of mine who had only listened to DEEP FOREST and he actually was like "Hey I think I've heard that song before" O_o;;; Prove enough that Gates of heaven was not an original work at all....

The intro of Glasses sounds almost identical to One or Eight/Ai no uta (forgot which one it was supposed to be) -_-

it would be nice if Ayu went back to comoposing her own music but, she doesn't seem to like that idea very much :(. Mou.. maybe in the future though she'll decide to start again hopefully!

and i'm sure Shiina ringo would write some pretty cool ayu songs lol :) could definetley be interesting!

Shiina Ringo's lovely, but she's too experimental for Ayu imo.

Bringing back the guy from BREATH is a nice idea too, and some of those LOVEppears/Duty composers.

Hmm how 'bout Daisuke Suzuki. They could do a collaboration.
Or bring back Kazuhito Kikuchi or Yasuhiko Hoshino.

i would really like if (L arc en ciel )did some music for ayu ^_^

me? I would love all creation of ayumi... but Ive to say that why ayu doesnt compose herself anymore is because of her ear illness ^^.. we have to understand that ^^ :)

x_X leave Kazuhiko out of this sinking ship. It'd be interesting to see what she herself would be able to compose now, so I'd like to see the return of CREA.

interesting topic ^^... but i really love to hear more of ayumi composing her own song, sound much more natural...i think the one who compose SURREAL is also not bad though... but definitely not DAI again!!! got quite bored of listening to their songs though tt guy is really good .... how abt those guys whu composed for the A Song for XX album??? :D

"SURREAL" was composed by Kikuchi Kazuhito, by the way. So yeah, it'd be nice to see him or Hoshino Yasuhiko composing for Ayu again. Whatever happened to Hoshino, anyway? Last we heard of him was in "girlish", and after that he just disappeared. O_o
And Kunio Tago has composed for Ayu before, "SCAR" and "Key ~eternal tie ver.~" come to mind. His melodies all have a powerful chorus, and pretty fits what Ayu does.
As reflected, I want to see CREA return. Wonder what she would compose now.
And give DAI a break, you guys. He's been composing for how many years? Naturally by now he'd probably have run out of all possible melodies - take a break, it'll do some good.
