CAROLS cutted scene...

If you saw the making-off and noticed there was a scene where ayu was on a swing... well, what do you think of it?? I was speechless when i saw it... :thud i think it's a beautiful scene, but it was cutted off from the final ver. of the video because of the bad weather... i'd love a new version of the pv... i mean, i like it very much, but i'm pretty sure that those who think it's a boring pv would love it if the pv contained that scene... :yes

I don't have any screenshots of that scene... sorry... :(

Yeah, I remember looking at that footage, and I loved it a lot! I mean, I really liked the Carols video the way it was, but the swing scene was really beautiful too.

it wasnt cut off because of the rain..cuz that really doesnt have anythign to do with it....i guess it didnt fit with the rest of the video..

i also think that the swinging scene is beautiful and should be placed inside the PV

Echiko 1st February 2005 04:27 AM

=/ I think her costume was really nice and the leaves blowing down would have made a great effect. Maybe it didn't turn out as the director wanted and therefore cut it out. But it would have made a beautiful scene. = =

Ayu's hair kept flying in her face in that scene.

//hikari 1st February 2005 04:43 AM

it messed up her hair

Kazuko 1st February 2005 04:44 AM

I thouht it was a waste to not have put that scene in =/

BanFan 1st February 2005 05:35 AM

I don't know why they cut it out. It was so beautiful...:(

well... i just want that scene is the only pvs... just like when ayu stands in the dearest acoustic pv... she should do some acoustic pv with carols n the theme is the cut off scene... if we force to the main pv i think it isnt connected... while most of carols setting is in the night n that scene is like in the evening ^^

HanabiChick 1st February 2005 10:19 AM

Pity it wasn't included, I thought it was beautiful too...

ruixiong89 1st February 2005 12:21 PM

I thought it was really pretty but I think they had to cut it out because of the bad weather. Something to note is that the shadow of the camera tower also appears when it is going around Ayu! But I thought it was really pretty and they should have included in (in colour!) but yar, it was kind of wasted.

I wish the would have filmed the whole PV on the swing or part of it with the swing and the rest outside at other places. The wind blowing Ayu's hair in her face would have had a nice touch.

extepan 1st February 2005 03:31 PM

ayu's hair wsa so messy that they had to cut it out :D

mui-gei-tal 1st February 2005 07:40 PM

aw...why did they cut it ><" it was so pretty!

Echiko 1st February 2005 10:00 PM

It wasn't that noticable her hair was in her face...oh well..

kentris 1st February 2005 10:14 PM

Yeah I liked the swing scene bit as well, pity they cut it.

I think if you look closer, you'll see a shadow towards the right which is casted by the camera arm they used to roate the camera around.

zeroshin888 1st February 2005 11:18 PM

i do like the swing scene.. maybe they didnt use it because.. i donno it was bad weather and that they didnt capture ayu that good.
but it would've been good if they added it there..
