Private Messages Alert Error

For nearly the past month or two, I've noticed how the PM pop up window that tells how you have a new message will not pop up. Even with the PM alert setting as "yes" in the User CP, it still will not work. Another user recently sent me a PM saying that he has the same problem also. I reported the problem to Omega a while ago and he supposedly fixed it, but the problem still remains.

Lately it has been working for me, but it just seems like it randomly stops working. I have no clue why though. It does happen to me a lot too. :shrug
