Yea that describe was true. But in this case (the name of Ayu's song) I think it has to be little ironic. Trauma like... "oh no I don't know which color of nail polish is the best!"

Have you read the lyrics? It's certainly about a problem bigger than picking her nail polish. :) Even her songs that SOUND happy, often have lyrics with a dark tone to them.
