As if Scotland couldn't get any better...
 

This is random...but...I went into a Forbidden Planet store today in the city of Glasgow...Scotland... -United Kingdom- yes..the UK..and I bought a CD but not just any CD. Yoko Ishida's latest album 'all of me' CD+DVD version for just £12.99 apparently it's an american release..I couldn't believe my eyes. I'd never even herd of Yoko Ishida before but I had to buy it just so I could say I bought JPop in town today. XD lol! But yeah the album is quite good. <3

whoa , that's a good discovery! Doesn't she sing anime songs ? I think i've heard few of her songs. She's pretty good :)

I think you can buy Anime music cd's from stores that sell anime/manga & comics or video games here , but sadly not any 'real' J-pop :no

Aww I love Yoko Ishida!! Yeah, she sings anime songs~ I've only heard a couple songs by her, but I'd love to hear more. I like "Sugar Baby Love" from A Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar and "White Destiny" from Pretear!

Yeah, Pioneer / Geneon just released her new album this May. It sells at $13.99 here.
Which reminds me, I still need to get that CD.

Anyway, that's a nice find. I've seen it here and there, but I picked it up before it was released at Anime Boston '05 since Yoko Ishida performed there...she was so cute, her outfits were adorable and she was really sweet to the audience. :bchuck And her performances were good of course. I got to get her autograph too. :)
