Ayu's wiki entry
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ayumi_Hamasaki
scroll down to symbols. It says that each stroke of "A" represents the 4 a-sides, and each stroke of "H' represents the 3 a-sides. Is that true..o.o? |
That looks really interesting. It may be true, though I can't tell. -shrug-

........
no nintendo :P |
^ did that comment have anything to do with the topic?
Anyways, I've never heard "A" and "H" described in those terms but hey, it could be true! Makes more sense than people claiming that Ayumi was planning on releasing singles using each letter of her name, lol. |
what about & ??
|
ehhh....i don't buy it... haha
|
hmmm... I dont realized it till you make it in the topic ^^

This is all speculation on the author's part, and they obviously didn't think too long or look too hard at the symbols, nor did they do any research. These are my interpretations, they're not particularly deep, and they're from a graphic designer's point of view. They're also speculation, but there's more research and studying of the symbols involved than just noting coincidental numbers.
1) The A single symbol is meant to look like pi. The theme of the single is cycles and circles. One look at the design will tell you that, plus the different colors start with different tracks. It's not always monochrome first, different colors have the first 12 tracks in a different order. They start with one of the other songs, but the cycle is still the same. monochrome, too late, Trauma, End roll, monochrome, too late, Trauma, End roll... etc. Also, if you write that A symbol the way a japanese person would (i.e. how kanji strokes usually go), it's only 3 strokes, not 4. 2) The A logo? It's just an A. That's it. The symbol actually comes from the right-side half of the pi A symbol mirrored over itself. (Go on, look at it. Bet you didn't notice that before. ^_^) 3) The author is correct that the H is just meant to look like the same "font" (for lack of a better word) as her trademark A logo. But the number of strokes doesn't mean a damn thing. An H just freakin' has three strokes in it! :P~!!!! |

^ Reply to all: I heard that the A-logo was the "A" and "H" put together (I think that's the most common explanation)
|
i remember we all had a debate about what teh next symbol would be lol.. cuz she has "A" "H" and "&"
i think we agreed on either the infinity symbol :laugh or "$" :rolleyes but that is intresting, they are allexactly the same length and shape :think |
please note also, anyone can make changes on wikipedia. i could go on there and say that ayumi is from outer space if i wanted to...so keep in mind that not everything is necessarily 100% accurate on there.
|
such a LOSER :rolleyes you're supposed to say engaged. gawd, j.lo ring on my finger I wear everyday to WORK? ¬¬
:laugh |
you're gunna end up getting us shot one day one, not cool. :no
..well that already happened, now that I think of it. O_o |
^but how much do they know about ayumi? i think if its within reason they won't catch it. like...if you changed her album sales as long as it wasn't crazy i bet they wouldn't know. i'm just cautious about what i believe on there. :)
