I was looking through the NTV Asia awards site and it had pictures of ayumi on it. One caught my attention. Is this intentional!? LOLLLL I think it's funny. :roflmao

That pic was taken at the red carpet at the 2002 MTVAA in Singapore.

Don't think it is intentional, the camera just caught her holding the fan in an awkward way.

LOLL Yeah, it's probably her holding her fan in a strange way, but it would be funny if she was giving a person, photographer, MTV, or a reporter the finger! XD

Does the middle finger even have the same meaning in Japan? Do they consider it to be something bad? haha Maybe she was annoyed at a photographer or reporter or something. hahaha Or maybe she just had an itch. :P Thanks for the pic :)

I don't know about the validity of the pic... it kind of looks like it was faked.... I do think Ayu knows what the middle finger means though.... it probably has become known over in Japan, much like McDonalds lol. If it's not a fake, I don't think she intended it, because she was busy talking to someone else.

i dun think it's intentional...she really looks like she's scratching her chin or just scratched her chin...
or like shinji said...maybe some annoying papparazzi is bothering her...lol..

Yeah I think the same too. Her attention is not even on her hand, making me think it was a distraction of the way she was holding her fan other than pointing the middle finger intentionally.
