Will Ayu Perform Born To Be... and STARTIN' on her next tour?

I know she performed these as part of the main tour this year during ARENA TOUR 2006 ~(miss)understood~ so do you think they will be included in her set of songs before the encore? Or even at all on the next tour, even thought they will be on the next album?

Norrel 16th June 2006 01:48 AM

Probably, just because it's on the album.

But she did not perform fairyland during 2006 tour and that was supposed to be a big single for her, ha ha.

Norrel 16th June 2006 01:58 AM

._.

Well atleast she performed it at the tour concert before.

Maybe she did'nt perform because she did too many performances of it, and she did want to be repetitive? Not only that, she probably was gonna use the costume she wore at CDL and the other performance, =P

But it's likely she'll sing either one or both of these songs at the next tour.

And if she does'nt, she removes one whole single from her concert.

truehappiness 16th June 2006 02:07 AM

Well, I don't see why not.

Usually tours feature at least 85% of the songs on the album leaving out 3-4 for unknown reasons.

immel 16th June 2006 02:18 AM

I'm sure she will perform Startin'.

I find it hard to see where to fit in a song like Born To Be... apart from as the opening, and I doubt she'll open 2 tours the same way. Maybe a re-arranged version? :)

I think Born To Be... has more energy and I like it more. Considering I may go see her next tour, I hope she sings Born To Be... versus STARTIN'

ayu_fan929 16th June 2006 02:54 AM

she probably will. she did STEP you twice. 'fairyland' was performed at CDL AND Kouhaku, so maybe she didn't want to do it.

Luther10 16th June 2006 03:10 AM

I think she will sing fairyland on the next tour, that song goes well with Blue Bird.

AyuGAME 16th June 2006 03:17 AM

hmm...maybe she not sing it again

freedreamer 16th June 2006 03:34 AM

i think she will...more lives better isnt it?...but i thin BTB will not open the concert anymore...maybe her opening track for the upcoming album?...who noes...Ayu is unpredictable sometimes

cybermoomba 16th June 2006 05:00 AM

I hope not. Those songs suck big time. BUT she'll probably perform Startin'. UGH! :irked

I hope to God you are right!!

Personally, I think it'd be a wise idea to scrap BORN TO BE... off the next tour since it's already been done... and I don't like it that much...

Startin' is debatable... but I think she'd end up getting rid of it anyway, since the single didn't sell terribly well, and only Ayu "classics" get to appear more than once in her arena tours. :yes

If it came down between one or the other, it would be Startin'. The crowd got into that one more when I saw it live and also, as immel said there isn't a good place to put that song in the set list. Also, you shouldn't get your hopes up that anything will for sure be on the set list.

It would be one or the other, because the audience wouldn't be able to tell when fairyland ended and Blue Bird began. :-P

You do know that they will be on the next album and then probably be in the concert.. right? >>

alternarist 16th June 2006 11:54 AM

haha i dont think so. probably her new album will be released in this year and then she will promote her new album on the CDL. as in most of the songs are from her new album.

previously, she released I am... on 1/1/2002. she had her ARENA TOUR 2002 for I am... till June 2002. and she released RAINBOW in the same year. Her CDL 2002 ~ 2003 was used to promote her RAINBOW album. (no Arena Tour for RAINBOW). so i think history will repeat itself again?

LOL!

Ah, well, I don't think she'd perform both of them, because they are of a too similar style. She's never made a set list like that I think.

truehappiness 16th June 2006 12:04 PM

The only reason RAINBOW didn't get an ARENA TOUR is because of A MUSEUM..

x.x~
