Actually, J. Lo wore an outfit incredibly similar to that one (minus the tie), and apparently the outfit was a Dolce and Gabbana original, i.e. very expensive! I'm not sure that Ayu's was Dolce and Gabbana, but I wouldn't be surprised since the skirt looked exactly the same and Ayu can certainly afford to buy them. I bet you could make this outfit yourself. Just buy an offwhite pleated skirt and a tight short sleeve black sweater and a pink tie. Tada!
