There's been a new audition has now been open! yay! im joinign this time! ^^
Ill be on july 22 on venue サッポロファクトリールー to audition as dancing

I'd love to do that too, maybe next year. Don't know if they'd be interested in gaijin tarentos tho... :P Plus I bet the number of contestants is increasing heavily year by year, since Avex is really known label...

Toshiba should do the same thing...

aa its not open in public i think cos the audtion iwll be held inside the bulding o.o since all the places is in bldg. i dont knwo if there's an location that will take place outside.

I heard the audition is open year round. Like just mail in your tape or demo. The only problem is the form isn't in English.

Well if someone is really serious about doing this, they are going to have to be able to read and speak Japanese at least somewhat - enough to read that form for sure.

aa there's an internation avex audition also which is open for foreigners that the application form is in english ^^

this one im joinign is for japanese peopel or anyoen who can read japanese.. o.o i think foreigners can also join the audition i think.. im nto very sure.. but all i know is there is international avex audition thats the one your talkign about ^^

Yeah, only that one is over right now as far as I know.

Avex and SM both accept demo material all year round, and then have special, specific auditions several times a year. The Avex International Audition was quite some time ago; it is now over. However, unlike American record companies who don't want you to even look in their general direction, Avex and SM are incredibly easy to gain access to.

^That reminds me of someone who wrote about how he/she, after entering the avex school of artists building, was asked if he/she wanted to be a star and was almost not let out because they kept on asking :D. Hmm, where and when did I read this...
