A 125 seconds A Film for xx Video Clip

It's a 125 sec video clip that
with countdown at the beginning
then short clips of poker face, YOU, Trust, For My Dear..., Depend on you and Boys and Girls
Then ended with an Avex logo (Just like the old Avex logo at the end of CMs)

Is it a CM, or opening of the VCD?

It was a clip used on the LOVEppears Disc 2 CD-Extra. That's pretty much all there is to it :P
