Need help from Chinese and Japanese speakers, concerning Ayus Asia tour.

This is a video clip with Chinese subtitles, from the a-nation '06 era.

According to ayufan89 the Chinese subtitles in this video confirms that Ayu has plans on a tour through Asia, I'd want to know if there's more Chinese speakers here who interpret it that way, and I also want to know if anyone here who speaks Japanese can confirm that it is what she is actually saying.

The clip is uploaded here:

Alright ;) Translation coming up ^^

immel 27th October 2006 02:06 PM

Thank you, I hope there's someone who understands Japanese off hand, as spoken by Ayu, around here. If there is, maybe we could have this rumor confirmed or killed once and for all :).

Misa-chan 27th October 2006 02:15 PM

Here's all I can do. The Chinese subtitles confirms the thing about an Asia Tour. Let's hope the subtitle's right then ^^

To speak the truth, the number 20 million has already exceeded my expectations. That number has also made me realize the vast number of fans and listeners I have. They personally bought my CD and listened to it, I feel really touched and grateful for this. I wish I can put into action my plans for an Asia Tour. I wish to see these places for myself.

I'm guessing that finding places to hold the concerts / predictions of whether or not people would actually buy tickets is what holds avex back from allowing Ayu to do such a tour.

-cough 10th anniversary-

That's what I'm hoping for too. ^^ But it'll be 2 years down the road. Who knows what can happen between now and then? What if she goes on a marriage+baby hiatus? What if she retires for good? What if some young artiste emerges and avex pours money and effort into her instead? There are so many possibilities that it's really impossible to know for sure..

The only hope for me is that when ayu wants to do something, she will do it no matter what. So if she genuinely has plans for an Asia Tour, I'm sure she will try to follow her plans as much as possible ^^

truehappiness 27th October 2006 02:27 PM

2 years really doesn't make that much of a difference if you really think about it.

I mean just two years ago, Ayu was getting ready to release MY STORY and stuff.. D: D:~

immel 27th October 2006 03:13 PM

My guess would be that she'd love to celebrate her 10th year anniversary at home, in Japan, although she might have a long Japan tour that also stretches out over the rest of Asia, with veues here and there.

Well, it's still only a rumor, I mean, she said she wants to do it, but she still haven't said that she will do it.

Thanks a lot for the translation :).

AyUmIXx 27th October 2006 05:18 PM

i hope it's all true before she retire..
maybe she wants to surprise her fans by having the asia tour before she's really retire or something..
i really hope that she can do asian tour!!!

immel 27th October 2006 05:39 PM

A surprise would be pretty hard if she's already talked about making an Asia tour, hehe.

I also hope she can do one, but even if she did I would probably aim for any venue in Japan rather than go anywhere else in Asia. Altough, I really do want to go to China or Hong Kong.

AyUmIXx 27th October 2006 07:19 PM

or..singapore!!!!!!!!
if she goes to singapore..that would be awesome...
it's near to my country..
well..i'm pretty pesimistic (is this the right english?) if she will go to my country..
it will never be!

alternarist 27th October 2006 07:35 PM

lol... with ayu's status in asia. she SHOULD hold an asian tour!! soon!

Sim' 27th October 2006 07:50 PM

Thanks, hope it's true then! :33

They've already done it with Namie.

immel 27th October 2006 10:07 PM

Do you know if that tour was profitable? It probably was, but confirmation could be nice, because as I believe Ayu is more popular than Namie and I wonder what is keeping avex.

truehappiness 28th October 2006 01:19 AM

I think in Namie's case, it was because she was slightly older when thinking about her longetivity in avex :)

I was gonna say that. It would be neatest to go to Singapore. :yes 'cuz of the English.

^i agree. Singapore, compare to most of the other countries in Asia, has more native Englisgh speaker. thus, it will be miore convient for oreigners to come here at ease.

but, i don't know, Singapore is a VERY small industry. the tickets will be SUPER expensive.
take Rain for korea for example, he having a concert here this year. the most excxpensive tickets? singapore dollars $899!
i don't think ayu's ticket price will be any lower then that.

That's right!! I'd much rather go see Ayumi performing in Singapore because of the English-ness..

Does anyone know what Namie's tour was like .. dates, venues, details?

LacusClyne 28th October 2006 03:46 AM

^i only remembered she went to taiwan 2 years ago. and she did go up on some variety shows. i recalled watching her at 'total variety' teaching the hosts dance steps and the hosts cosplay Namie from the pv.
