There's also www.hmv.co.jp or www.hmv.com. You can also grab some of her CDs on www.amazon.co.jp.

That's happened to several people I know, but I've NEVER had that problem personally. o_O If that DOES happen to me, I'm not worried; jewel cases can be replaced. What matters is you have the recording to keep forever, the booklet & artwork are intact, and you've supported the artist.

I mean YesAsia is really reliable for shipping and original stuff, but when they sent me Arena Tour 2006, and look what happen to my booklet below...I was so mad, it rip a little in the corner...!

Yeah sometimes that happens to the stuff. They always end up a little cracked or messed up.

all my cds from yesAsia are safe and sound. but, if you're afraid, just add a note that you want everything perfect.

but in the case of ripped booklet, i don't think that's YA's fault, the cd was wrapped, they can't do anything to it, it should be the problem from the factory.

I've ordered from yesasia and once I got a cracked jewel case. All I had to do was send it back and I got a full replacement, and the shipping cost paid.

More annoying than cracked jewel cases from Yesasia, is cracked disc trays.

I didn't know, I purchased blindly with YesAsia. (first time) Usually I don't like buying stuff on Internet. But I cannot wait !

I am still waiting for my Secret Album, I hope it will be safe :(

I've only ordered posters/calender from YA and everything has gone perfectly, the packaging has been very good.

I'm also waiting for my copy of Secret and some other cd/dvds from YA, hopefully they come intact.

As a note, if you add a comment to the order at yesasia that you want the CD to be properly packaged, you will have way more bubble wrapping around it when it arrives.

At least I got that when I requested it.

Haha, my copy came with an excellent condition too but I didn't comment anything :P
