Ayu: Only Asian with world's most expensive PVs

She's on there three times for JEWEL, fairyland, and My Name's Women.

Insane.

She seems to be the only asian worth it. Well she deserves it the most, over any other singer in asia.

What made those PVs so expensive to make?

Yeah, but that's Wikipedia, you cannot rely on information posted on Wikipedia, it could be totally false. Although Ayumi sometimes does have quite expensive PVs.

but wikipedia also has reliable information.. i think its up to us whether the information on wiki is trustworthy or not.. its easy to judge :)

anyway, i wonder why JEWEL PV is expensive.. u mean all the jewels are real???

^ I guess if I'm ayu..I will want them to be real? For visual effects..she's a perfectionist after all. the making itself looked cheap to me.

Some artists/record companies don't even announce how much their PVs cost. For all we know, there might be some other PVs that have been more expensive, but just unannounced to the public.

i think the main pt of this thread is that SHE MADE IT!..so i dont care whose the rest of the unannounced...

i love all the PVs anyway..heh

I was telling my friend about this and now she wants to see the three PVs. I let her listen to fairyland and my name's WOMEN (I don't have JEWEL) last night at the movie theaters. She liked my name's WOMEN.

But did you guys see who's number one? $7,000,000 to make Scream?? Holy biscuts!

Yeah, instead of just renting out a nightclub they probably MADE the entire thing.

Those three PVs do have the expensive "looks", well to me anyways. D:

You must remember:
Wataru Takeishi directed each and every one of them. LOL

Well my main point is that the list isn't accurate because not every single PV mentions its' cost or maybe we just haven't heard news about it (ie: other Asian PVs like from India etc.)

lol I watched a bunch of Michael Jackson videos on youtube cause of this thread...I guess the Scream MV cost a lot cause 3d animation was cutting-edge back then? maybe...

wow. i just dont understand how FAIRYLAND could have costed that much. i cant see anything that's vrey very expensive

^we alreday mentioned that the hole staff etc. had to get to hawaii...the rent the beach for a hole while and risked to burn down a hole part of the forest...and of course they build the house

edit: and teh jewels are reakl ayou can see the credits in her booklet XD

It's really cool! She deserves it! ^_^

But I don't get why people insist in comparing Ayu with other artists... oh well.
