were u on that concert just now?

immel 24th March 2007 05:39 PM

And the source is?

Amuro_Ray 24th March 2007 05:42 PM

I want to listen JEWEL more that MA although MA is a good song.

Good!
I don't like flower garden.
independent is much better.

Sim' 24th March 2007 06:08 PM

Were you present at the performance ? =o

alternarist 24th March 2007 06:38 PM

i want JEWEL!! and i wonder why ayu must start every encore with acoustic versions of slow song.. hmm..

independent replacing flower garden = wise choice. flower garden is plain noise.

freedreamer 24th March 2007 06:58 PM

Ooo...independent is better than flower garden yes...i hope she uses it for her pretty pony~pretty pony~pretty pony~ concert too...

about the JEWEL one and MA wan i dunoo..maybe the DVD will have both...MA being a special bonus?

ayu_fan929 24th March 2007 06:59 PM

I'm glad 'independent' replaced 'flower garden'. I don't mind 'JEWEL' being replaced by 'Memorial address' though since I like both songs.

Exactly my thought

truehappiness 24th March 2007 07:39 PM

These songs will probably switch around again for the other two Asian stops.. :\

Peger 24th March 2007 07:42 PM

I'd prefer JEWEL to be back. MA is very good, but JEWEL's new and this supposed to be promoting Secret...

Beauty4123 24th March 2007 07:49 PM

thanks for that info.

987654321987 24th March 2007 08:48 PM

source is added.
And, not just two songs, tow songs are replaced
I am NOT in the concert.. i will go to the concert in hk though
there is no momentum.. that's y i am so pissed off

truehappiness 24th March 2007 08:59 PM

Does it really matter if momentum is there or not? :|

Liar, HOPE or PAIN, Will, and criminal were excluded from their tours' setlists, so why not momentum? :|

Flower Garden was most likely changed for the Audience since it would be harder for them to speak or understand Japanese, as opposed to the interaction from independant comes from clapping your hands.

It was just... beyond amazing.

The setlist is pretty much the same (refer to pg 13), except she sang Memorial Address in place of JEWEL and I don't think flower garden was included.

The audience was a good crowd. They knew a lot of the lyrics and sang with her (1 LOVE, Surreal, Audience, Boys & Girls, SEASONS). The audience also requested Ayu to hear them sing Who..., it was (sort of) bad, but Ayu said that it was very good (haha).

Her vocals were very good, especially in evolution. It was a lot better than her recent concerts. evolution begain as a piano solo, then turned back into rock after the first chorus. Her overall vocal performance for the concert was decent, except:

1 LOVE: she was a little out of breath here
Secret: maybe the music was too loud, but it didnt sound as good as i had expected.

Highlights: she said "Thank you everyone. I was nervour before the concert but now I am very happy". Her English was actually very good and almost accent-free, a lot better than the other Japanese artists there (but I guess we already know that from the CNN interview). She also sang a part of "Who..." in English and Chinese.

umm, as far as costumes go, refer to page 17.

At the end of the concert, she put the mic down and said(yelled) "arigato gozaimashta" and that was the end.

Eh, I know that I suck at providing descriptions. I'll post more later.

Phonecam of the stage during the show:

"She also sang a part of "Who..." in English and Chinese."

omg! english in who! :p silly ayu. At least we get to hear her speak in LOTS of English while she's in Taiwan.

Sim' 24th March 2007 10:14 PM
