Top Selling Japanese Singles and Albums?

Is there a place where i can see the top selling Japanses albums and singles?
I knows Utada Hikaru has the #1 album but i wanted to see the whol list. Like if Ayumi or Koda Kumi is on it.

There is a list that exists, but I'm not sure where at. Kumi is only 87th on the list for BEST ~first things~... A BEST is the 6th best selling Japanese album of all time.

It means that the albums are still charting on the weekly TOP 300. (and therefore still selling)
