YAY! ARASHI FANS!!! I thought no one liked them since they hadn't made them a thread yet! Whoo!
I started listening to Arashi in like April when I watched HYD 1. I was like- "Wow, who sings this theme song!? I love it!" Since then it's been :luv2 I'm so excited to get my TIME CD from cdjapan! i had to get the regular edition...the limited one's been sold out for like 4523423 months. My favourite member used to be Matsujun, then it turned to Nino, now I love Sho but then again I love them all equally. They each have such different personalities that it's hard to choose. |
I don't know if I'm a fan yet... I do enjoy a lot of their songs, thanks to dramas (HYD, Bambino) so I had to buy their new album. I also got the regular edition, as I ordered it a week ago. Darn, I like to collect things. Anyway, in terms of acting, I like Nino best. Loved his performance in Letters from Iwojima.

Nino is a very good actor, I love him in Yamada Taro Monogatari. It's kind of hard to not like them since they're everywhere all the time. I mean, Jun has done dramas back to back and Nino is doing the same thing with YTM and then Marathon this fall.

Jun is just... everywhere!! My friend just LOVES him to bits... and she's 40 something (no better than me, I'm in my 30's)!!
Yamada Tarou Monogatari is really fun, I love it!! I haven't been watching Marathon... I'll have to check my TV guide to see when it's on! |
It was Kitto Daijoubu that made me listen to them more.

Kitto Daijoubu was the song that made me listen to them even more as well. TIME is going to be released in November, but I already saw it on a download site, quite an early leak! |

Yep yep, I got my copy on July 10th (Tues) from amazon.co.jp.
I already really liked Love so sweet and We can make it (that's what made me buy the album). But after listening to the album, I am really pleased with the variety of style. I'm addicted to YEAH! I'm looking forward to listening to the extra CD I'll get with the limited edition. |

The album is really good! I have yet to listen to the solos though... I have the CD in my possession, but I haven't had time to really sit down and listen (yay for a 2 year old and a 3 year old in the house!). |
Yay, an Arashi thread! I'm a fan, too. ^__^ I got Jun-baited to Arashi after watching Gokusen :D
I love Time, I think it's one of their best albums, if not the best. Firefly and Carry on are like woah, so amazing. *___* And Cry for you, Oh yeah! and of course Love so sweet and We can make it! are my other favourites. ^__^ The solos are nice too, but they're not like amazing. Just nice. Ohno's Song for me is the best solo, I think. I'm not getting the album until the end of the month, since there's so much I have to buy now and I have to save money for one big thing, so I have to wait for the Korean version to be released, and then I'm ordering the album. About the cover, when I first saw a little picture of it, I didn't really like it. I thought it was just random, them standing there and some random stupid letters saying "arashi", but after seeing a bigger version I loved it!! It's not random at all and the letters are balloons :D But the Limited edition cover... sucks XD But I'm getting Regular edition anyway. |
