From the photos, do you think namie was standing with a plastic cushion against her while fanning her to make her hair goes backward...

or she just simply lying on the plastic cushion and shot on top?

It's obvious that she's lying down. If Namie were squatting, her thighs would be at a different angle. And referring to the second shot, I don't think you can put your body weight on your elbow while being in a pose like that when you're standing up.
So yeah, she's shot on top.

She's lying down with the camera above her. Hence the creases in the material under her and the way she's lying and her hair etcetc. ;p

in the WoWa PV she was standing with the black fabric pushing against her so I assumed that was how the photoshoot was done.
