recommendations for a Do As Infinity-esque band
 

i absolutely love this kind of music...i dont know how exactly to describe it, but it's music similar to what Do As Infinity or GARNET CROW would make. Does anyone know of any Japanese bands out there similar to this style?

No, they're Japanese... O_o.

If you're talking about female voice pop rock bands, I would tell you should try:

- I-lulu: absolutely recommended, they're one of my fav bands. And, their music is produced by D·A·I. You should try their album ROPS.
- moumoon
- Jyukai: they are amazing, and I love the vocalist: Manami's voice is great. I recommend their harvest album.
- Amasia Landscape, although they're not much pop/rock... it's good D·A·I music
- Ikimonogakari: they're pretty popular now

And for male voice pop rock bands somehow similar to Do As Infinity music, I think would be:

- BREATH
- alüto
- redballoon
- Tsubaki (not the singer, the rock band)
- sacra
