that's the cover for ayu-mi-x IV orchestra side. It's really nice ^^ but i prefer the remix side cover ->
it's 800 x 600, but teh resultion is not bad!

why not just try download VERY high quality of the album cover scan xD

if we talk about proper cd scans, this is the biggest i have been able to find:
