WINAMP | can't change the track information

Hello!
So... I downloaded an album, but I want to romanize the tracks you know?
But I can't change anything!
I know that who did the rip maybe selected something to cancel all changes.
What I can do?

use mp3tag (http://www.mp3tag.de/en/index.html) or romanize file names

I've had an album do that to me, what I had to do was convert it to an mp3 since it wasn't one in the first place, then I could change the tags.
