best programm to make 320kps rips!?

Hello,

I bought myself a new 80GB i-pod and wanted to stuff it with msuic...however, the CDs I own myself, I want to rip them myself too. So I wanted to know which programm makes the best 320kps rips...

or is the itunes AAC rip already 320kps?

If you go into the iTunes preferences then you can make it import as 320 mp3's
