I agree with Rody!, there's no connection. :shrug I think there'd be a more solid argument if Tokio released a song with a weird title like "Mirrorcle World", but... green isn't exactly and uncommon word or idea... or color.

I don't think there's a connection. Green is a beautiful color. Maybe Ayu love it at that moment and choose it for her new song. Or she wanted something close to nature
