But these are only sales on Japan or worldwide sales???

These are the sales from Oricon which means Japan sales only. If you want more info check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ayumi_hamasaki_discography that is where I got all the information

47.740.048 copies sold in Japan certified by Oricon.. though the sales of A COMPLETE are not updated because wiki.theppn is down (DVD's are not included)
