Did this DVD release come with a booklet on the inside like the rest of her concert DVDs? I'm talking about the regular release and not the limited low price reissue, which does not contain a booklet. Thanks.

Yes. I have the first press with slipcase and it has a booklet.

Thanks a bunch man. That's interesting. I guess the reissue I bought didn't come with one. That's strange, considering CDL 05-06 and DT '01 both had them and they were also reissues. avex being random I guess? I thought it was strange that there was no booklet! Maybe I should buy the regular copy now and sell the one I have.

Out of curiosity, what does the slipcase look like? Does it have a different picture from the one on the actual DVD? Thanks again.
