Update 2010-12-06: I used the max number of BB codes, so I've just started linking to the respective posts that people have made in my absence. Whenever rem1x posts something new, I'll go ahead and post it as a reply and then link it here.

Of course I posted the SUPER PREMIUM ~2008 COMPLETE BOX~, but I'd thought I'd make a thread for everything else that's not included, whether it be at AMF or his blog. Accompanying icons and wallpapers are posted in a spoiler tag under each banner.

Here are the wallpapers sizes and what they're compatible with:

1680×1050 (1440×900/1280×800)
1600×1200 (1280×960/1024×768)

Keep checking the thread for more stuff!
