About YesAsia Credit
 
I've ordered Ayu's NEXT LEVEL and GUILTY album and luckily, I've used my YesAsia credit.

But a huge problem occured lately, I canceled my order due to payment problem and my YA credit didn't come back to my account.

I don't know if its gone for good... Its a huge waste!


All I want is a clear answer to this question:

Once you placed an order with YA credit and then cancel it due to any problem, is YA credit you have is good for 1 use only?

You have to give them some time..
It can take up to 3 or 4 days or even longer sometimes.

But there have never been any problems with my refunds so far so you
just have to be a bit patient :yes

I'm sure you got your refund back soon ;)

It will take a few days but don't worry. They have a lot of business, I'm sure your cancellation isn't the only order they have to fix :)

If you do not have it after a week, then you should contact them again. Over the phone would be better so you can have it taken care of quickly. I once e-mailed them about a product question and it took almost a week for them to respond :o

Is the credit always available or will it expire after a certain date?

As YA stated on YA Credit, its doesn't have any expiration date unlike coupons.

I got my PRECIOUSSSSS $10 back!!!

It means its on hold lol. It might be in process but they haven't shipped it yet. I'm not too sure, I never had that problem with my YA orders :shrug

They said to me on my e-mail that they need a recent Credit card bill via-fax or a scan of credit card itself which is NOT very safe to do. :(

And its really weird.
This is my first time to buy a CD on YA.

Hmm I never had this problem with YA but I herd a few other people had to do that I think to verify a valid credit card on your first order. I would scan the credit card, its much safer. Or do you have Paypal? I just use Paypal these days because I am too lazy to retype my credit card information every order.
