Avex Dance Workout
 

Avex has added interesting video at their YouTube channel yesterday :D It's really fun dance workout ^^ You're suppose to lose 50 kcal while doing it. Unfortunately I don't know who is it and why they've added video like that, but maybe someone knows the answer?

I think this going to be my new workout. Or, my first really :P

I doubt it's just 50. Especially if you do it like that, and not in shape like them to begin with. I could see 50 for them, but a lot more for someone bigger.

It looks like fun. If I teach music and dance to my kids at Summer Fun next year, I'd make them do this.
